We run them in remotes, game controllers, a small headlamp and a wireless mouse, and they just get the job done without complaint. Their real strength, like their bigger AA siblings, is a very low self discharge: forgotten for months in a junk drawer, they come out nearly full and ready to go, where cheaper rechargeables would already be dead flat. The 800 mAh capacity is naturally more modest than an AA cell, but it is plenty for AAA powered gadgets, which tend to be light drain anyway. Sold in packs of 4, they pay for themselves fast against disposables, especially paired with a decent charger. One thing worth knowing: like any NiMH cell, they put out 1.2V instead of 1.5V, which almost never matters in practice.
