The capacity of a power station is the amount of energy it can deliver after a full charge. It is expressed in Wh (watt-hours). Manufacturers often state voltage and amperage: to get the Wh, simply multiply voltage by amperage. One Wh is the energy delivered by a 1 Watt system over one hour.
It depends on your needs. Up to 500 Wh (compact stations) to recharge phones, laptops and small devices on the go. From 500 Wh to 1.5 kWh (versatile) for a van, a weekend or light backup.
