High capacity power banks

Above 20,000 mAh a power bank is no longer just for the phone: it recharges a laptop, provided it has the output power to match.

Two figures matter and they are independent. Capacity first, bearing in mind that a battery rated 20,000 mAh returns roughly 13,000 to 14,000 to your devices: the rest is lost in voltage conversion, and that is normal. Output power second, which decides what you can recharge: 30 watts is enough for a phone, 60 is needed for an ultraportable and 100 or more for a powerful machine. We also check the 100 watt-hour threshold, above which a battery is no longer accepted in the cabin without the airline's agreement.

Anker 737 Power Bank

See price and availability (61)Allowed in cabin (flights)

24,000mAh and 140W: the Anker 737 charges a MacBook Pro like it charges a phone, with a smart display that shows every watt in real time.

  • Capacity: 24,000mAh (86.4Wh)
  • Power: 140W max (USB-C PD 3.1)
  • Ports: 2 USB-C + 1 USB-A
  • Display: Smart display (power, time, health)
  • 140W, enough to charge a MacBook Pro
The Anker 737 (PowerCore 24K) is a high-capacity 24,000mAh power bank that puts out up to 140W over Power Delivery 3.1, enough to charge a demanding USB-C laptop at close to full speed. Its 3 ports (2 USB-C, 1 USB-A) can power several devices at once, and a built-in smart display shows input and output wattage, remaining charge, and estimated time to full. It recharges itself at up to 140W, roughly an hour with a matching charger, and travels in carry-on with room to spare under the airline cabin limit.
In-depth reviewRead our full review → 4.0/5 The 737 is the pack we reach for when a laptop has to survive a full day away from an outlet. Its 140W puts it in a small club of power banks that can genuinely charge a MacBook Pro at close to wall-charger speed rather than just slowing the drain, and over a working day it kept a laptop, a phone, and a pair of earbuds all topped up without breaking a sweat. The smart display earns its keep daily: you see exactly what wattage is going out and how much runtime is left, no more guessing from blinking LEDs. Recharging is genuinely fast too, close to an hour with a good 140W charger, which is rare for a pack this size. The trade-offs are the ones you would expect: at over 22 ounces it has real heft in a bag, and the price sits above most 20,000mAh packs. Amazon reviewers echo our experience closely, praising the display and raw charging speed while a handful flag reduced capacity after a year or more of heavy use, which tracks with any lithium pack pushed this hard. For genuine laptop-charging duty on the road, it remains one of the clearest benchmarks around.

Anker Zolo 20000 (30W)

See price and availability (55)Allowed in cabin (flights)

A tough built-in USB-C cable, 20,000mAh, and 30W fast charging: the Anker Zolo is the grab-and-go travel power bank, at a genuinely affordable US price.

  • Capacity: 20,000 mAh (72 Wh)
  • Power: 30W (fast charge)
  • Cable: Built-in USB-C, rated 10,000+ bends
  • Weight: 12.5 oz (353 g)
  • Built-in cable, big capacity, low price
The Anker Zolo 20,000mAh (sold on Amazon.com as the Anker Zolo Power Bank, 20,000mAh 30W) is built for travel with nothing extra to pack. Its braided USB-C cable is molded into the case and doubles as a carry loop, so recharging any phone or tablet is a matter of unfolding the cord and plugging in. The 30W output suits any recent smartphone, and an extra USB-C plus a USB-A port let you add more devices. With 72 Wh under the airline cabin limit and a genuinely low price for the capacity, it is a strong mAh-per-dollar deal.
This is the power bank we recommend without much hesitation to anyone packing for a trip. The pitch is simple and it works: the USB-C cable is built right in, braided and sturdy, doubling as a carry loop so you are never digging through a bag for a cord. Unfold it, plug into an iPhone, a Galaxy, or a tablet, and charging starts. The 30W will not rival a laptop charger, but for a phone it is genuine fast charging, our test iPhone recovered over half its battery in about 30 minutes. The 20,000mAh capacity easily covers two to three days of normal phone use, or one long multi-device day with the extra USB-C and USB-A ports in play. Two honest notes echoed across Amazon reviews: it is on the heavier side for a pocket, better suited to a bag, and it does not support pass-through charging, so it cannot power a device while it is itself plugged in. At this price for this much capacity and a cable you cannot lose, it is one of the easiest recommendations in its class.

Anker A1695 (165W)

See price and availability (51)Allowed in cabin (flights)

With 25,000 mAh, 165 W, two built-in cables and a display, the Anker A1695 power bank even charges a laptop and up to 4 devices at once.

  • Capacity: 25,000 mAh (90 Wh)
  • Power: 165 W (USB-C 100 W max)
  • Ports: 3 USB-C + USB-A + 2 built-in cables
  • Weight: 595 g
  • 165 W, built-in and retractable cables, display, 4 devices
The Anker A1695 is a 25,000 mAh, 165 W power bank able to charge a laptop as well as a smartphone. Its three USB-C ports (100 W max each) and USB-A port power up to four devices at once, while its two built-in USB-C cables (fixed and retractable) mean no separate cable to carry. A smart display shows charge, power and remaining time. Recharged to 30% in 20 minutes, with 90 Wh cleared for flights, it targets heavy users and mobile work.
In-depth reviewRead our full review → 4.5/5 The Anker A1695 blew us away with its versatility. It is the first power bank you grab without a second thought: it charges the phone, the tablet and above all the laptop, all at once. The 100 W per USB-C port make a real difference, a MacBook gets half its charge back in half an hour, just like on the wall. But the detail we love is the two built-in cables: the retractable one for daily use, the fixed one as a backup, you never hunt for a cable again. The display is very readable and gives all the useful info, watts in, watts out, time remaining, you always know where you stand. Its 25,000 mAh easily last a big day of work away from an outlet, and it recharges itself quickly. Two honest reservations: at nearly 600 g, this is not a battery you slip into a pocket, it is made for a bag, and its price is higher than a regular power bank. But for intensive use, with this power and these built-in cables, it is hard to fault.

Anker Power Bank 20000 (87W)

See price and availability (46)Allowed in cabin (flights)

20,000 mAh and 87 W with the USB-C cable already in the pack: enough to charge a MacBook at 65 W plus two more devices, without ever hunting for a cord.

  • Capacity: 20,000 mAh (72 Wh)
  • Power: 87 W total (65 W max on one port)
  • Ports: Built-in USB-C cable + USB-C + USB-A
  • Recharge: 0 to 100% in 1.5 h (65 W charger)
  • Built-in 65 W USB-C cable, 3 devices at once
The Anker A1383 solves the problem every traveller knows: the power bank is here, the cable stayed home. Its USB-C cable is built into the casing, rated for over 10,000 bends, and alone delivers up to 65 W, enough to charge a MacBook Air or an iPhone at full speed. With the extra USB-C port and the USB-A port, total output climbs to 87 W across three simultaneous devices. Its 20,000 mAh (72 Wh) give roughly four phone charges, stay cabin-legal, and refill in an hour and a half with a 65 W charger.
In-depth reviewRead our full review → 4.1/5 We carried this Anker A1383 through a month of travel, and the built-in cable genuinely changes things. It sounds trivial, but no longer digging through a bag for a USB-C cord is the kind of detail you never give up once you have had it. The cable is short but well designed: it stows in a groove in the casing and doubles as a strap to grab the pack. On power, the 65 W available on that cable charged our MacBook Air through a meeting without the machine complaining, and an iPhone 16 went from 20 to 80% in a little under half an hour. The 20,000 mAh easily cover two days of heavy phone use, or a full day juggling phone, earbuds and tablet across the three outputs. The small display shows the remaining percentage, which avoids nasty surprises at the airport. Two honest caveats: at 431 g you feel it in a jacket pocket, and the 1.5-hour full recharge assumes you have a 65 W charger to hand, otherwise expect far longer. For travel or nomadic work, it is an excellent companion.

Ugreen Nexode 145W

See price and availability (41)Allowed in cabin (flights)

The power bank that also charges your laptop: 25000mAh, 145W over USB-C, a control display and enough to power 3 devices at once.

  • Capacity: 25,000 mAh (92.5 Wh)
  • Power: 145W, USB-C 140W (PD 3.1)
  • Ports: 2 USB-C + 1 USB-A
  • Weight: 505 g, digital display
  • Charges a laptop over USB-C at 140W
The Ugreen Nexode 145W is a high-capacity 25,000 mAh power bank built for demanding travellers: it charges a smartphone and a laptop alike thanks to its USB-C port delivering up to 140W over Power Delivery 3.1. With 145W of total power across 3 ports (2 USB-C and 1 USB-A), it powers a MacBook, an iPhone and earbuds at the same time. Its digital display shows the remaining level and power in real time. Compact for its capacity (505 g) and under the 100 Wh mark, it is allowed in the aircraft cabin.
In-depth reviewRead our full review → 4.0/5 We took the Ugreen Nexode 145W on a work trip, and it is exactly the kind of battery that puts your mind at ease: head out for a full day with a MacBook, an iPhone and earbuds, and only one accessory to drop in the bag. Plugged in over USB-C, the MacBook Pro charges before your eyes, you get back more than half the battery in half an hour, and meanwhile the iPhone charges on the second port without anything faltering. The display is a real plus day to day: one glance shows the power going out and the percentage left, no more guessing what is in reserve. Recharging the battery itself is quick if you have a strong charger to hand: about two hours with a 65W brick, versus an eternity on a small phone charger. Two honest caveats: it is heavy at 505 g, you will not forget it at the bottom of a pocket, and you have to supply your own powerful charger to enjoy fast recharging (the base version is the battery only). But for anyone after a single battery that can charge a laptop as well as a phone, with headroom to spare, it is a real value-for-money success.

  • Power: 100W, USB-C 100W (PD 3.0)
  • Ports: 2 USB-C + 1 USB-A
  • Weight: 420 g, LED display
  • Charges a laptop over USB-C at 100W
The Ugreen Nexode 100W is a 20,000 mAh power bank built to charge a laptop on the move without weighing you down. Its USB-C port delivers up to 100W over Power Delivery 3.0, enough to power a MacBook or a Windows ultrabook at a good pace. With 3 ports (2 USB-C and 1 USB-A), it charges three devices at once, and its LED display shows the remaining level in real time. Compact and light (420 g) for its capacity, and under the 100 Wh mark, it is allowed in the aircraft cabin: the ideal everyday travel companion.
In-depth reviewRead our full review → 4.0/5 We used the Ugreen Nexode 100W as our main battery for nomadic remote work, and it quickly became second nature: it charges the MacBook as happily as the phone, and at 420 g it disappears into the bag, which is not the case for every battery able to put out 100W. Over USB-C, an ultrabook gets a solid charge during a coffee break, and the display lets you track exactly the power going out and the percentage left, real peace of mind. The three ports earn their keep every day: you plug in the laptop, the phone and the earbuds without a second thought. We also like that it recharges quickly, in about two hours with a good charger. Two honest caveats: for a big power-hungry laptop, 100W is enough but you can feel the Nexode 145W goes faster, and as so often no wall charger is included, so you need a powerful brick to hand to recharge it quickly. But at the price it is offered, for a 20,000 mAh battery that charges a laptop, with a display and a light format, the value is hard to beat.

INIU Power Bank 25000mAh 100W

See price and availability (34)Allowed in cabin (flights)

25000mAh and a genuine 100W over USB-C: the INIU P63 fast charges a MacBook, Steam Deck or ROG Ally, and still weighs only 391 grams on the scale.

  • Capacity: 25000mAh / 91Wh
  • Power: 100W USB-C (65W input)
  • Ports: 2x USB-C (100W + 45W) + 1x USB-A 18W
  • Extra: Digital display, detachable cable, 391g, 3-year warranty
  • A real 100W for an actual laptop, just 391g on the scale
The INIU P63 power bank (25000mAh) is one of the few compact power banks that deliver a genuine 100W over USB-C, fast enough to charge a MacBook Pro or a Dell laptop, without ever exceeding 391g thanks to INIU's TinyCell high-density cells. Its main port also recharges the bank itself (65W input), while a second USB-C (45W) and a USB-A (18W) can power a tablet and a phone at the same time. A digital display, a detachable USB-C cable that doubles as a wrist strap, and a flight-safe 25000mAh capacity round off the spec sheet.
What stands out when you take the INIU P63 out of the box is how much power it packs into such a small shell: 25000mAh and 100W in a unit that fits in one hand. In practice, it delivers: a 14-inch MacBook Pro climbs back to roughly 70% in about 30 minutes with the right charger, and both a Steam Deck and a ROG Ally get several extra hours of play. The short USB-C cable that doubles as a wrist strap is a clever touch, handy so it never gets lost at the bottom of a bag, even if it stays too short for comfortable everyday use. The digital display shows the remaining percentage at a glance, and a full recharge in about 1.5 hours with a 65W charger is a real comfort while travelling. The one real downside, and an expected one given the capacity on board, is the weight in a pocket, better carried in a bag. For anyone who needs a single battery that can keep up with a laptop, it remains a safe bet.

Under 100 Wh, it is allowed in the aircraft cabin: the ideal tool for nomadic creatives and professionals.
In-depth reviewRead our full review → 4.1/5 We took the Ugreen Nexode Pro 200W on a multi-day shoot, and it is the kind of battery that wins everyone over: it charges two laptops at the same time, which is rare, and the two built-in cables spare you the scramble for the right cable mid-rush. The colour TFT display is a real plus, you see at a glance the power going out on each output and the time left, no more flying blind. Over USB-C, a MacBook Pro gets back more than half its battery in half an hour, and meanwhile a second laptop and a phone charge without anything faltering. It recharges itself very quickly, welcome when the days pile up. The flip side is the weight: 631 g and a brick-like format you feel in the bag, logical for 25,000 mAh and 200W, but not the battery you slip into a pocket. And as so often, no wall charger is included. But for anyone who needs real power and endurance, with two cables always to hand and an ultra-readable display, the Nexode Pro 200W is a formidable work tool at unbeatable value.

With its 3 ports, it powers several devices at once, and a display shows the remaining percentage. Surprisingly compact for 20000mAh, it recharges itself in about 2 hours and comes with a 3-year warranty.
The INIU 20000mAh 65W is proof that you can have an excellent power bank without blowing the budget. On paper, its 65W make it a bank able to charge a laptop, and in use it holds up: a MacBook Air and a Steam Deck charged at good speed, on top of the usual phones. What surprises most is its size: for 20000mAh, it stays compact and slips easily into a bag. The display showing the remaining percentage is a real comfort, and the 3-year warranty, rare at this price, is reassuring. It recharges itself in about two hours. The downsides are minor: it caps at 65W where some rivals reach 100W, and the brand is less known than the big names. But for the price, it is simply one of the best deals on the market.

A digital display shows the remaining battery percentage, rare at this price. Its 20000mAh charge a smartphone about 3 to 4 times. Compact and offered at a low price, it is a solid choice among large power banks.
The Baseus Bipow Pro is a bit of the value champion among large power banks. For less than $33.85 you get 20000mAh, 22.5W fast charging and above all a display showing the remaining percentage, a real comfort usually found only on far pricier models. In use, it charges a smartphone three to four times, enough for several days on the move. The 3 ports let you plug in two devices at once, and the USB-C port also recharges it. The body stays reasonably compact for the capacity. The downsides are typical for the price: the 22.5W power suits phones and tablets but not demanding laptops, and the plastic finish feels a touch less premium than Anker. But for large capacity at a low price, it is hard to do better.

  • Weight: About 434 g
  • 20000 mAh and 18 W charging at a tiny price
The Redmi 20000mAh 18W Fast Charge is a high-capacity power bank built for affordable autonomy. Its 20000 mAh (74 Wh) recharge a smartphone about four times, and its two USB-A ports let you charge two devices at once. The 18 W fast charge suits recent phones and tablets, while the dual micro-USB and USB-C input makes topping it up easy. Sturdy and reliable, it is a straightforward everyday backup battery.
In-depth reviewRead our full review → 3.8/5 For under 15 pounds, the Redmi 20000mAh is one of those accessories you buy without a second thought. I have hauled it on weekends, at festivals and in my travel bag: it recharges my phone three to four times, enough to forget the charger for two days. The two USB-A outputs are handy for helping out a friend while charging your own device. The 18 W fast charge does the job on a smartphone, even if you can tell it is not the latest 65 W standard. The minor gripes: it is a bit heavy (434 g) and thick, and the USB-C is input only, not an output, which feels a little dated today. Nothing dealbreaking given the price. For a reliable, affordable energy reserve, it is a safe bet I recommend without hesitation.

The Ugreen Nexode 45W is a 20,000 mAh power bank with a built-in USB-C cable: no need to carry a cable, it is always there and even doubles as a carrying handle. It delivers 45W over Power Delivery to charge an iPhone past 50% in 30 minutes. Compact (468 g) and under 100 Wh, it is allowed in the aircraft cabin: the ideal travel companion.
In-depth reviewRead our full review → 4.0/5 We slipped the Ugreen Nexode 45W into a weekend bag, and its appeal is obvious from day one: no more digging around for a cable, it is already there, built into the battery and ready to plug into an iPhone or a Galaxy. That detail genuinely changes life on the move, and the cable also works as a little handle to carry it. Charging is quick for this format: in half an hour you get back more than half a phone, and the LED display avoids nasty surprises, you see exactly the percentage left. The three outputs let you charge the phone, earbuds and tablet at the same time, welcome when you travel as a pair. We also like that at 468 g it stays reasonable for 20,000 mAh, and that it passes without trouble in the cabin. Two honest caveats: 45W is enough for a MacBook Air but not for a big laptop, and you have to supply your own wall charger to recharge it quickly (nothing is included beyond the built-in cable). But for a complete travel battery, with its cable always to hand and excellent value, the Nexode 45W is a real success.

With 48,000 mAh of LiFePO4 cells (3000 cycles) and 300W of total power, including a 140W USB-C port, it charges a laptop at full speed and several phones for days. It has a digital display, a three-mode LED light and a carry handle, making it an ideal companion for camping, the van or power cuts. For flights, its capacity (in the 100 to 160 Wh range) requires the airline's prior approval.
In-depth reviewRead our full review → 3.4/5 We took the Ugreen 300W 48000mAh on a weekend van trip, and it is the kind of battery that changes things when you are far from a socket: it charged the whole group's phones for two days, powered a laptop for a working day, and served as a backup light in the evening thanks to its built-in LED. The handle is well thought out for carrying it, and the display lets you track precisely what is left. We really like the LiFePO4 cells: you know you keep the battery for many years without it degrading. Recharging is quick for this size, about an hour and a half at 140W. On the other hand, you have to accept the weight and bulk, you do not slip it into a pocket, and for flying, its capacity requires the airline's prior approval. The price is significant, but relative to what it offers, it stays reasonable next to a power station. For anyone after a massive, durable USB reserve that is practical outdoors, it is an excellent choice.

CCC and CE certified, it flies in the cabin and suits trips to China too.
We took the Ugreen Nexode 20000 55W on the road, built-in cable and all, and that cable is exactly what changes daily use: no more digging through a bag for one, it is fixed to the pack and even doubles as a strap. On speed, a Xiaomi phone gets the 55W Turbo mode, other devices (iPhone, Galaxy) cap at 45W over Power Delivery, which is still plenty: an iPhone recovers over half its charge in half an hour. The LED display does its job without fuss, a clear percentage and nothing else. The real selling point of this version is its CCC certification printed on the casing: several users confirm it clears Chinese security checks without trouble, where an uncertified pack can be confiscated. Two honest caveats: at 470 g this is not a pocket pack, and total output is shared across the ports when several devices charge together, so you should not expect 55W on each at once. For frequent international travel, it ticks speed, built-in cable and Chinese certification all at once.

Aferiy Nano100

See price and availability (9)Allowed in cabin (flights)

99 Wh of LiFePO4 in your pocket: the Aferiy Nano100 is a 100 W power bank with a retractable USB-C cable, cabin-friendly and long-lasting (2000+ cycles).

  • Capacity: 99 Wh (31,000 mAh) LiFePO4
  • Output: 2x USB-C (100 W + 45 W) + USB-A, 145 W total
  • Cable: Built-in retractable USB-C (100 W)
  • Recharge: 100% in 1.5 hr (100 W)
  • LiFePO4 2000+ cycles, flight-ready, display
The Aferiy Nano100 is a new-generation power bank: 99.2 Wh (31,000 mAh) of LiFePO4 cells, a long-lasting chemistry rated for over 2000 cycles, far more than a conventional power bank. It delivers up to 100 W over USB-C to recharge a laptop, with two USB-C ports (100 W and 45 W) and a USB-A, for 145 W in total across three devices at once. Its built-in retractable USB-C cable (100 W) saves carrying a cord, and its display shows charge and power. At 99 Wh, it passes as cabin baggage and recharges to 100% in 1.5 hours.
In-depth reviewRead our full review → 3.9/5 The Nano100 is one of those new banks that blur the line between the big power bank and the mini power station. Its real strength is the LiFePO4 chemistry: where a conventional power bank wears out after a few hundred cycles, it promises over 2000, enough to keep it for years with no notable loss. The 100 W over USB-C is a treat when traveling, recharging a MacBook or an ultrabook at full speed, and the built-in retractable USB-C cable is wonderfully handy, no more hunting for a cord. The clear display shows charge, input and output power, and its 99 Wh let it pass as cabin baggage without argument. You can plug in three devices at once. Two honest reservations: at 1.1 kg it is heavier than a Li-ion bank of similar capacity, a direct result of the LiFePO4 chemistry, and its price places it above entry-level banks. But for anyone who wants a durable, powerful and genuinely portable bank, it is a success.

Nitecore NB20000 Gen 3

See price and availability (8)Allowed in cabin (flights)

20,000 mAh for just 291 g: the carbon-fiber Nitecore NB20000 Gen 3 is the ultralight power bank for hikers and travellers.

  • Capacity: 20,000 mAh (72 Wh)
  • Output: 2x USB-C, 22.5 W max
  • Weight: 291 g (carbon fiber)
  • Toughness: IPX5, pass-through
  • Ultralight 20,000 mAh, cabin-friendly
The Nitecore NB20000 Gen 3 is a 20,000 mAh power bank built for the outdoors and light travel. Its woven carbon-fiber body makes it exceptionally light (291 g) and tough, with an IPX5 rating against water spray. It has two USB-C ports delivering up to 22.5 W, letting you charge two devices at once, or recharge the bank while powering a device thanks to pass-through. With 72 Wh, it recharges a modern smartphone about three to four times and stays cabin-friendly. A concentrate of runtime for the backpack.
In-depth reviewRead our full review → 3.8/5 The NB20000 Gen 3 is the bank we grab without hesitation for hiking or travel, when every gram counts. Its killer argument is the capacity-to-weight ratio: 20,000 mAh for just 291 g, where a conventional bank of the same capacity often weighs 350 to 450 g. The woven carbon-fiber body is gorgeous, light and reassuring, and the IPX5 rating means no panic in a shower. The two USB-C ports are handy for charging a phone and a watch at once, and pass-through lets you recharge the bank while powering a device. Its 72 Wh keep it under the airline limit, a real plus for travel. Two honest reservations: the 22.5 W output is enough for smartphones, tablets and small devices, but not to charge a laptop at full speed, and the lack of a USB-A port means everything goes through USB-C. For the outdoors and light travel, it remains a benchmark that is hard to beat.

Xtorm Fuel Series 5 67W

$119.50 (7)

The Xtorm Fuel Series 5 67W packs a massive 45,000mAh with an LED display, enough to recharge a smartphone nine times or a laptop twice on the road.

  • Capacity: 45,000mAh (166.5Wh)
  • Power: 67W max (USB-C PD)
  • Outputs: 2 USB-C (67W + 27W) + 1 USB-A 18W
  • Display: LED charge-level display
  • 45,000mAh, LED display, charges a laptop
The Xtorm Fuel Series 5 67W is a high-capacity power bank built for long trips away from a wall socket: with 45,000mAh (166.5Wh), it recharges a smartphone about nine times or a laptop twice. Its 67W USB-C Power Delivery port fast-charges a laptop, tablet or smartphone, and its three ports (2 USB-C, 1 USB-A) let you charge several devices at once. An LED display shows the remaining charge, shell in GRS-certified recycled plastic.
We took the Xtorm Fuel Series 5 67W on several multi-day trips, far from a wall socket, and that is exactly where it shines. With 45,000mAh, it kept a phone topped up for a full week without breaking a sweat, and still had enough left to bail out a laptop along the way. The LED display is genuinely useful: you see the exact percentage left at a glance, instead of guessing from blinking LEDs like on many rivals. The 67W USB-C port charged an ultrabook at a decent clip, easily enough for a day of remote work. Two honest downsides: the weight (722g) and bulk are noticeable in an already full bag, and crucially, it cannot fly in the cabin (166.5Wh, well above the 100Wh limit). Keep it for the car, the train or a multi-day backpacking trip, where it is hard to beat for peace of mind on power.

Belkin UltraCharge Pro 25K

See price and availability (7)Allowed in cabin (flights)

With its built-in USB-C cable delivering up to 140W, this Belkin power bank charges a MacBook Pro and two other devices at the same time.

  • Capacity: 25,000mAh (90Wh)
  • Power: 158W shared (140W max per port)
  • Ports: Built-in USB-C cable + 1 USB-C + 1 USB-A
  • Display: Digital percentage display
  • Built-in 140W USB-C cable, charges 3 devices at once
The Belkin UltraCharge Pro 25K is a high capacity power bank built for laptops. Its built-in USB-C cable delivers up to 140W on its own, enough to charge a MacBook Pro like a wall charger. An extra USB-C port and a USB-A port let you charge two more devices at once, sharing a total output of 158W across the three ports. Shipped pre-charged, it shows the remaining charge on a digital display and stays under the 100Wh airline cabin limit at 90Wh.
Out of the box, the UltraCharge Pro 25K makes its size known: thicker and heavier than a typical phone power bank, you feel it in the bag. But on the first trip, the point becomes obvious: plug the built-in cable straight into a MacBook Pro without hunting for a USB-C cable at the bottom of the bag, and watch the charge climb almost as fast as with the original wall adapter. During a full day of remote work, we charged the laptop, a phone and a pair of earbuds at once without the output dropping in any noticeable way. The digital display, simple but readable, avoids nasty surprises before a trip. The one real gripe: output drops noticeably once all three ports are used together, which makes sense but is worth knowing if you plan to charge a power hungry laptop while another device is plugged in. For regular use with a laptop on the move, it clearly does the job, as long as you accept the weight.

Belkin Gaming Power Bank 20K

$43.31 (7)Allowed in cabin (flights)

Built-in USB-C cable, 30W shared across 3 devices and up to 3 full recharges for the Nintendo Switch 2: Belkin's gaming power bank does it all.

  • Capacity: 20,000mAh (74Wh)
  • Power: 30W shared (built-in USB-C cable + USB-C + USB-A)
  • Recharges: Up to 3x Nintendo Switch 2
  • Weight: 399g
  • Built-in USB-C cable, never left behind
The Belkin Gaming Power Bank 20K is a 20,000mAh external battery built to keep gaming sessions going on Nintendo Switch 2, yet just as handy every day. Its built-in USB-C cable means one less cable to pack, and its 30W shared output charges up to three devices at once thanks to its extra USB-C and USB-A ports. Enough for up to 3 full recharges of the console before it needs plugging back in.
Packed for a weekend trip with a Nintendo Switch 2, this Belkin Gaming Power Bank 20K proved its worth straight away: the USB-C cable is permanently attached to the shell, so there's no way to forget it at the bottom of a bag. Plugged into the console during a long train journey, it delivered close to three full recharges before running dry, matching Belkin's claims. The extra USB-A port also came in handy for topping up a Pro Controller and a phone at the same time, useful when travelling with others. On an iPhone, the 30W fast charging lives up to expectations, with half a charge back in around half an hour. Two honest downsides: without a digital screen, only four rough LED indicators show the remaining level, and the case, wide and thick enough to hold that capacity, is noticeable in a jacket pocket. For nomadic gaming or a reliable all-round charger from Belkin, it remains a very good choice.

Belkin UltraCharge 20K

See price and availability (6)Allowed in cabin (flights)

The integrated USB-C cable means you'll never forget a cord again, and its 20,000mAh capacity charges up to 3 devices at once with a digital display.

  • Capacity: 20,000mAh (74Wh)
  • Power: 45W max (cable or USB-C)
  • Connectivity: Integrated USB-C cable + USB-C + USB-A
  • Weight: 390g
  • Integrated USB-C cable, charges 3 devices, arrives pre-charged
The Belkin UltraCharge 20K is a 20,000mAh power bank built so you never have to hunt for a cable again: a braided USB-C cord stays permanently attached, backed up by a USB-C port and a USB-A port to charge up to 3 devices at once, at up to 45W. Its digital display shows the exact battery percentage left, and it arrives pre-charged to about 80% so it's ready to use straight away. A solid, no-surprises choice from Belkin for long trips, remote work or travel.
Delivered at 80% charge, the UltraCharge 20K was ready to rescue a dead phone straight out of the box. The integrated USB-C cable, held in place by a magnet against the casing, means there's no extra cord to pack: unwind it, plug in, and the display shows the exact percentage at the press of a button, far more useful than four vague LEDs. Over a two-day trip it recharged a smartphone several times and topped up a tablet without ever dropping below 20%, backing up the claimed 74Wh capacity. The 45W output is plenty for a phone or tablet, but once all three outputs are running at once the power gets shared out and drops noticeably, worth remembering if you plan to charge everything simultaneously. The one real gripe: at 390g and noticeably thicker than a standard power bank, it's clearly a bag item, not a pocket one. For serious use on the road, whether that's business travel, filming or a long day away from an outlet, it's a reliable, sturdy choice that lives up to its capacity claims.

Xtorm FS5200

$77.37 (6)Allowed in cabin (flights)

A light 20,000mAh power bank in recycled GRS plastic, with LED display and 35W USB-C PD: the ideal companion for travel and the office.

  • Capacity: 20,000mAh (74Wh)
  • Power: 35W max (USB-C PD, QC 3.0)
  • Weight: 400g, ultra compact
  • Outputs: 2 USB-C + 1 USB-A (3 devices)
  • 20,000mAh, 400g, 35W USB-C PD, LED display, recycled plastic
The Xtorm FS5200 (Fuel Series 5 range) is a 20,000mAh power bank in a compact, lightweight format (400g), designed for travel and professional use rather than extreme outdoor conditions. Made largely from GRS certified recycled plastic, it delivers up to 35W on its two USB-C Power Delivery ports, complemented by a USB-A Quick Charge 3.0 port, to charge up to three devices at once. Its LED display shows the remaining charge percentage at the press of a button.
We took the Xtorm FS5200 on a week-long business trip, and the format lives up to its promise. At 400g and with a slim body (14.3 x 7.7 x 2.8cm), it slips into a bag pocket without weighing it down, unlike other 20,000mAh units that are noticeably chunkier. The LED display, woken with a press of the button, shows the remaining charge percentage, handy for not running dry. The two 35W USB-C ports charged a smartphone at a good pace (around 50% in half an hour), and being able to plug in three devices at once (2 USB-C, 1 USB-A) saved a lot of queueing in meetings. The GRS recycled plastic makes no compromise on finish, it feels good in the hand and the Dusk White shade looks smart. A couple of gripes: 35W is modest next to rivals offering 65 or even 100W at the same capacity, and the bundled cable is short, more a backup cable than an everyday one. For travel and office use, without expecting to charge a laptop, the FS5200 is a neat, dependable companion.

Xtorm XR202

$111.01 (4)Allowed in cabin (flights)

A rugged 20,000mAh power bank slotting between the XR104 and XR204: IP65 rated, 35W USB-C PD and a built-in flashlight for trouble-free outdoor trips.

  • Capacity: 20,000mAh (74Wh)
  • Power: 35W max (USB-C PD, QC 3.0)
  • Durability: IP65 (dust, splash resistant)
  • Outputs: 2 USB-C + 2 USB-A (4 devices)
  • 20,000mAh rugged IP65, 35W PD, flashlight
The Xtorm XR202 (Xtreme Series) is a rugged outdoor power bank with 20,000mAh, sitting between the XR104 and XR204 in the catalogue. IP65 rated (dust and splash resistant), it delivers up to 35W over USB-C Power Delivery, plus a second 15W USB-C and two 18W USB-A Quick Charge 3.0 ports to power up to four devices at once. Its built-in LED flashlight and reinforced handle make it a reliable companion for hiking, camping or power cuts.
We took the Xtorm XR202 on a weekend hike, clipped to the bag by its reinforced handle with a carabiner threaded through it, and it quickly found its place. First impression: at 540g, it sits right between the other two Xtorm units in the range, more substantial than the XR104 (289g) without the heft of the XR204 (809g). Its 20,000mAh kept two of us going for a whole weekend, phones and camera included, without a single recharge. The 35W USB-C port charged a smartphone at a decent clip, and being able to plug in four devices at once cut out the queueing at camp. The built-in flashlight saved more than one evening without having to dig out a head torch. A couple of gripes: there is no display, just four small LEDs to estimate the remaining charge, less precise than a proper readout, and IP65 covers splashes rather than full submersion, so heavy rain without shelter is still best avoided. For regular outdoor use without chasing extremes, this is a well judged size.

Anker Prime 26250 (300W)

See price and availability (4)Allowed in cabin (flights)

26,250 mAh and 300 W of total output: two USB-C ports at 140 W that charge a MacBook Pro like mains power, and 250 W recharging that refills the pack before your eyes.

  • Capacity: 26,250 mAh (99.75 Wh)
  • Power: 300 W total, 140 W per USB-C
  • Recharge: 250 W input, 50% in 13 min
  • Control: Colour display + Anker app
  • 140 W per port and 300 W total, flight-approved
The Anker Prime 26250 is the power bank for those who want no compromise. Its two USB-C ports each deliver up to 140 W, enough to feed a 16-inch MacBook Pro at full speed, and total output reaches 300 W across three simultaneous devices. It recharges itself at 250 W using both USB-C ports, i.e. 50% in about fifteen minutes. Its 26,250 mAh, or 99.75 Wh, sit just under the 100 Wh cabin limit. A colour display shows each port's output in real time, and the Anker app lets you adjust the distribution.
In-depth reviewRead our full review → 4.4/5 We used the Anker Prime 26250 as the backup pack for a mobile workstation over several weeks, and it belongs in a class of its own. The 140 W available on a USB-C port is not a marketing figure: our 16-inch MacBook Pro charged at the same speed as with its original mains brick, in the middle of a video editing session. Plugging an iPad and a phone in alongside did not faze the pack, which splits its 300 W intelligently. The colour display is a genuine daily plus: you see exactly how many watts go to each port and the estimated time remaining, a change from the usual four LEDs. Recharging at 250 W is almost disconcerting, the pack takes back half its capacity during a coffee break. Its 99.75 Wh keep it just under the 100 Wh bar, so it goes through cabin security without discussion. The two caveats are obvious: the price, well above a classic power bank, and the bulk, since this is not a model you slip into a pocket. For a creator, a nomadic developer or a photographer, the investment is fully justified.

Sunslice Gravity 20

$60.85 (3)Allowed in cabin (flights)

With 20000mAh and up to six smartphone charges claimed, the Sunslice Gravity 20 is built for long stretches outdoors, far from any mains socket.

  • Capacity: 20000mAh, or 74Wh
  • Weight: 400g (140 x 69 x 26 mm)
  • Output: 1x USB-C + 2x USB-A, 18W (PD/QC3.0)
  • Input: USB-C, 18W
  • Up to 6 smartphone charges, built-in LED torch
The Gravity 20 is the largest capacity in the Sunslice Gravity range: 400 grams for 20000mAh, enough for up to six smartphone charges according to Sunslice. Its three ports (1 USB-C and 2 USB-A) deliver up to 18W each and support PD3.0 and QC3.0 fast charging, powering several devices at once. A built-in LED torch and compatibility with Sunslice's foldable Fusion Flex solar panels make it an energy reserve built for multi-day hiking, wild camping or family emergencies.
We tested the Gravity 20 on a long bikepacking trip with wild camping, exactly the kind of use Sunslice designed this range for. With 20000mAh, it easily covered three days recharging a phone, a GPS bike computer and a headlamp without breaking a sweat, matching other users' reports of at least four full smartphone recharges. The three ports let you top up several devices at once, handy in a group or with family. The one genuine complaint, echoed in several customer reviews, is the weight: at 400g it's noticeable in an already-loaded bag, and the casing showed light micro-scratches after a few weeks of daily carrying. Nothing dramatic, but we'd rather keep it in a dedicated pocket than loose with the keys. For regular outdoor use or family emergency back-up, it's a safe bet, as long as you accept the weight-to-capacity trade-off that comes with any battery this size.

A rugged 40,000mAh power bank with 100W USB-C PD, a smart display and a 4-mode flashlight: the tireless ally for camping trips and power cuts alike.

  • Capacity: 40,000mAh (154Wh)
  • Power: 100W max (USB-C PD)
  • Durability: IP64 (shock, dust, splash)
  • Display: Smart display + 4-mode flashlight
  • 40,000mAh, 100W, smart display, flashlight, IP64
The Xtorm XR204 (Xtreme Series) is a rugged outdoor power bank with 40,000mAh, built for long expeditions and power cuts at home. IP64 rated (shock, dust, splash resistant), it delivers up to 100W over USB-C Power Delivery, plus a second 20W USB-C and an 18W USB-A Quick Charge 3.0 port to power three devices at once. Its smart display shows charge level and output power per port, and its 4-mode flashlight makes it a reliable companion for camping or a night out under canvas.
We took the Xtorm XR204 on a weekend hiking trip and it quickly earned its spot in the bag, clipped on by its adjustable strap handle. First impression: this is no pocket power bank, at 809g you feel like you're carrying a genuine energy reserve rather than an everyday accessory. And that's the trade-off it makes no secret of: its 40,000mAh kept our phones and camera topped up for three days without a single recharge. The display is very clear, showing remaining percentage and per-port output at a glance, a real step up from plain LEDs. The 100W USB-C port charged a laptop almost as fast as its own mains adapter, without a hitch. The flashlight, with its ambient mode, saved more than one evening at camp. One gripe: the casing stays bulky in an already loaded bag, and IP64 covers splashes, not full submersion. For heading out far and long without compromising on power, this is a safe bet.

Aukey PB-Y63 Spark Sling

$140.80 Allowed in cabin (flights)

27600mAh and 140W fast charging, with a display and flight compatibility: the Aukey PB-Y63 is one of the largest power banks able to charge a laptop.

  • Capacity: 27600mAh (about 99Wh)
  • Power: 140W max (Power Delivery 3.1)
  • Ports: 2 USB-C (140W) + 1 USB-A (22.5W)
  • Extra: Digital display, flight-friendly
  • 27600mAh and 140W to charge a laptop
The Aukey PB-Y63 Spark Sling is a very high-capacity 27600mAh power bank delivering up to 140W fast charging (Power Delivery 3.1). Enough to charge a laptop at full speed, including a MacBook Pro, on top of smartphones and tablets. It has a digital display showing power and runtime, and stays just under the 100Wh threshold, making it carry-on friendly. Note: the Aukey brand was banned from a major marketplace in 2021 and is now sold only via its own site.
The Aukey PB-Y63 is one of the most ambitious power banks on the market: 27600mAh, one of the largest capacities you can take on a plane, and 140W output, enough to charge a MacBook Pro or a USB-C laptop at full speed. In use, it is a real backup powerhouse: several smartphone charges, a laptop topped up effortlessly, and a display that clearly shows the power and remaining runtime. Staying under 100Wh is a real plus for travellers. Technically, it rivals the Anker 737. The main downside concerns the brand: Aukey was banned from a major marketplace in 2021 for fraudulent reviews, and is now sold only on its own European site. Availability and after-sales support are therefore less obvious than with Anker or Ugreen, which calls for comparison before buying.

RAVPower PD Pioneer 20000mAh

$121.85 $101.54 Allowed in cabin (flights)

20000mAh and 70W fast charging across 4 ports: the RAVPower PD Pioneer charges a laptop like a smartphone, by cable at full speed.

  • Capacity: 20000mAh (73Wh)
  • Power: 70W max (two-way fast charging)
  • Ports: 2 USB-C + 2 USB-A
  • Compatibility: Smartphones, tablets, laptops
  • 70W and 4 ports to charge a laptop
The RAVPower PD Pioneer 20000mAh is a high-capacity power bank delivering up to 70W two-way fast charging. With its 4 ports (2 USB-C and 2 USB-A), it charges a laptop, a smartphone or a tablet at full speed, and can power several devices at once. Its 20000mAh offer a real reserve for several days. Note: the RAVPower brand was banned from a major marketplace in 2021 and remains hard to find in Europe.
The RAVPower PD Pioneer 20000mAh belongs to the generation of genuinely powerful power banks, able to charge a laptop and not just a phone. Its 70W output is a real asset: on a MacBook or a USB-C ultraportable, it charges at good speed, which conventional banks cannot do. Its 4 ports let you power several devices at once, and its 20000mAh capacity lasts several days on the move. Technically, it has nothing to envy the market benchmarks. The real problem is the brand: RAVPower was banned from a major marketplace in 2021 for fraudulent review practices, and is no longer really distributed in Europe. It is therefore hard to recommend today against alternatives like the Anker 737 or the INIU 65W, easier to buy and to get warranty support for.

Voltcraft VC-GP40

$197.25

A power bank like no other: 144000 mAh of LiFePO4, a 300 W output and two 12 V sockets to power far more than just a smartphone.

  • Capacity: 144000 mAh (about 460 Wh, LiFePO4)
  • Power: 300 W max (Anderson), 100 W over USB-C
  • Outputs: 2 USB-C, 2 USB-A, 2x 12 V, 1 Anderson
  • Recharging: Mains or 100 W solar panel
  • A power station's range in a power bank
The Voltcraft VC-GP40 is a giant power bank sitting on the edge of the power station category: 144000 mAh (about 460 Wh) of LiFePO4 cells, known for their long life and thermal stability. It delivers up to 300 W through its Anderson output, 100 W over USB-C, and packs two 12 V cigarette-lighter sockets, two USB-A ports and an LED light. Enough to run a laptop, a fan or a small fridge while camping, in a van or during a power outage. It recharges from the mains or a 100 W solar panel.
The Voltcraft VC-GP40 plays in a category of its own: not quite a power bank, not quite a power station. In use, what strikes you first is its huge reserve, 144000 mAh of LiFePO4 that last several days while camping. We used it to charge a laptop at full speed over the 100 W USB-C port, run a small fan from the 12 V socket and keep two smartphones topped up all weekend without it flinching. The 300 W Anderson output opens the door to more demanding devices, provided you have the right cable. The LiFePO4 chemistry is reassuring on lifespan and safety, and the built-in LED light genuinely comes in handy at night. The two real downsides are the weight, close to 4.6 kg, which makes it better suited to a van, a fixed campsite or home backup than a backpack, and the lack of a 230 V mains socket: everything runs through USB, 12 V or Anderson. But for anyone after a big, rugged energy reserve without paying the price of a full power station, it is a clever proposition.

Expect around 3 full charges for a 4,500 mAh smartphone, not the 4 that the raw maths suggests. Voltage conversion and heat consume 20 to 25 per cent of the stored energy. On an 8,000 mAh tablet you will get roughly one and a half charges. For a 50 Wh laptop, a 20,000 mAh unit (74 Wh) delivers about one full charge.

Yes. The international limit is 100 Wh, and a standard 20,000 mAh pack at 3.7 V comes to 74 Wh, comfortably below. Between 100 and 160 Wh you need airline approval. Above 160 Wh it is banned outright. Always check the Wh figure printed on the casing, that is the number security staff go by.

Carry-on only, no exceptions. Lithium batteries are banned from checked baggage by every airline, because a fire in the hold would not be spotted in time. Keep the pack in your hand luggage, cover the ports with a cap or a pouch, and avoid letting it run completely flat during the flight.

Aim for at least 65 watts over USB-C Power Delivery for an ultraportable, and 100 watts for a 15-inch machine or a MacBook Pro. Below 45 watts the battery barely charges faster than it drains in use. Check capacity too: under 20,000 mAh you will not get a full laptop charge.

Between 2 and 3 hours with a 45 to 65 watt USB-C charger, against 8 to 10 hours with an old 10 watt USB-A brick. Input power therefore matters as much as capacity, and it is often lower than the advertised output. We record it on every product page.

Because mAh are measured at the cells' internal voltage of 3.7 V, while the USB output runs at 5 V or more. The conversion loses energy as heat. The only unit you can compare between two models is the watt-hour: 20,000 mAh at 3.7 V equals 74 Wh, of which roughly 55 to 60 Wh actually reach your devices.
