The Anker A1695 blew us away with its versatility. It is the first power bank you grab without a second thought: it charges the phone, the tablet and above all the laptop, all at once. The 100 W per USB-C port make a real difference, a MacBook gets half its charge back in half an hour, just like on the wall. But the detail we love is the two built-in cables: the retractable one for daily use, the fixed one as a backup, you never hunt for a cable again. The display is very readable and gives all the useful info, watts in, watts out, time remaining, you always know where you stand. Its 25,000 mAh easily last a big day of work away from an outlet, and it recharges itself quickly. Two honest reservations: at nearly 600 g, this is not a battery you slip into a pocket, it is made for a bag, and its price is higher than a regular power bank. But for intensive use, with this power and these built-in cables, it is hard to fault.
