The PB2SL V2 is one of those clever accessories you adopt quickly when you already live with 18650 or 21700 cells. The idea is simple: a dual-slot charger that also works as a power bank, reusing the cells you put in it. You recharge over fast USB-C, then draw the energy out over USB-C or USB-A at up to 22.5 W, plenty for a smartphone. The big advantage is modularity: capacity depends on the cells, and you replace worn ones instead of throwing away the whole bank. The screen is clear, and the 0V activation function has saved more than one deeply discharged cell that other chargers refused. Two reservations: the cells are not included, so you need good ones, and the 22.5 W output suits smartphones but not a laptop. For a flashlight or vaping user, it is a very handy travel companion.
