We took the Elite 100 V2 on a van weekend and the first thing that stands out is the weight: at 11.5kg with its built-in handle, you can carry it one-handed without effort, a real change from the usually much heavier 1kWh-class stations. Its 1800W output (2700W with Power Lifting) ran a kettle and a small induction hob without flinching, uses you don't necessarily expect from such a compact format. The recharge is impressive too: on mains, it jumps to 80% in 45 minutes flat, handy when you need to head off quickly. Day to day it stays very quiet, almost forgettable next to the bed. One small gripe: with 1024Wh, you have to keep usage reasonable over several days without a recharge, and the fastest USB-C port (140W) isn't always obvious to spot without the manual. For a versatile, easy-to-carry station, it's a genuine success.

The AC180 is one of those stations that put your mind at ease: you take it out of the box, plug in the camping fridge, the coffee maker and the phones, and everything runs without a hitch. Its 1800 W cover the vast majority of everyday devices, and Power Lifting mode genuinely helps out with a kettle or a small resistive heater. We especially appreciated the recharge speed: on mains, it is back to 80% in three quarters of an hour, ideal when you want to top up before leaving. The 9 outputs cover plenty of kit, but the European version has only two 230 V sockets and does require a power strip, and monitoring via the Bluetti app is clear. The LiFePO4 battery promises reassuring longevity, well beyond older classic-lithium stations. Two honest caveats: at around 16.4 kg it carries but does not slip into a backpack, and the fan makes itself heard during fast charging or heavy load. For van, camping, remote work or home backup use, it offers an excellent balance of capacity, power and price.

We took the Elite 30 V2 hiking with an overnight camp, and the first thing that struck us was the weight: at 4.3 kg with its built-in handle, it slips into a backpack without you really noticing. On the trail, it kept our GPS, headlamps and phones topped up for three days straight, and the 140W USB-C port charged a laptop in no time at all. Power Lifting mode let us boil a camping kettle one morning, which we didn't expect from such a compact unit. The mains recharge is genuinely impressive: full in 70 minutes flat before heading out again. One small gripe: the solar panel cable isn't included, you'll need to buy it separately, and with 288Wh it's worth keeping usage sensible over several days without a recharge. For an ultra-light, versatile station, it's a real success.

The EB3A is the little station that does a lot for its price. We first used it camping to run a cool box, lighting and to charge phones and a camera: its 268Wh is plenty for a light weekend, and at 4.6 kg you move it without thinking. The real surprise is charging: on the mains, it is back to 80% in under an hour, which is impressive in this segment and very handy when you leave in a rush. The small wireless pad on top is a nice bonus for the phone. Just do not overestimate its 600W: it is perfect for electronics and small appliances, but Power Lifting mode never really delivers the claimed 1200W: a kettle or hair dryer just limps along. For portable top-ups or an occasional backup reserve, at this reduced price it remains a good choice, as long as you do not rely on it too heavily for prolonged critical backup.

Working remotely, its UPS function proved its worth: during a mains outage it kicked in instantly, just long enough to save our work. Another pleasant surprise was the recharge: back on the mains, it returns to 100% in a little over an hour, which is fast for this segment. The small LED light on top is a genuine plus for a bivouac night or a power cut at home. Two honest gripes: with only 128Wh, you have to keep usage sensible, nothing power-hungry runs for long, and only one USB-C port delivers the full 100W, the rest are capped at 15W. For nomadic top-ups, light remote work or a small backup reserve in a shape that fits in your hand, the Elite 10 remains a safe bet from Bluetti.

The AC200L is the station you choose when you want to think big without buying everything at once. Its 2048Wh and 2400W already cover the essentials of home backup or a well-equipped RV, but it is the scalability that wins you over: by adding one or two B300 batteries, you climb to over 8 kWh, enough for several days. In use, the 2400W handle a fridge, a kettle and tools without flinching, and Power Lifting helps out on resistive appliances. Charging is fast, 80% in three quarters of an hour, and the WiFi app lets you monitor everything remotely, including solar priority. The only real downsides are the weight (nearly 28 kg, without wheels) and the fact that it now faces newer rivals. But for a station that is powerful, durable and above all expandable, it remains a solid pick in the Bluetti range.

The Bluetti 200W, sold under the MP200 reference, is a 200 W portable solar panel designed to recharge your power stations in the sun. The current spec sheet quotes monocrystalline cells up to 23.4% efficiency, a 24.6 V open-circuit voltage, 8.14 kg on the scales and an IP67 rating. Foldable into four sections, it carries like a briefcase and deploys in under a minute thanks to its adjustable kickstands. Its standard MC4 output powers Bluetti stations but also most solar generators on the market. One thing to know before buying: Bluetti now groups several generations of 200 W panel under a single reference and warns that the model shipped can vary, so rely on the manual supplied with the unit you receive.
On paper this 200 W ticks the right boxes for a portable panel: four sections, a carry handle, adjustable kickstands and a universal MC4 output that makes it compatible with almost every station on the market, Bluetti or not. The quoted 23.4% efficiency puts it in the upper half of the category, and the claimed IP67 rating is more ambitious than the IP65 usually seen at this price. At 8.14 kg it stays easy to load into a van or a boot, far less so to carry on a long hike. The real point of caution is commercial rather than technical: Bluetti now sells several panels under a single 200 W reference that share neither the same weight, nor the same open-circuit voltage, nor necessarily the same ingress rating, and warns itself that the model shipped can vary. Two buyers can therefore receive two different panels. You have to check the manual supplied with your unit before connecting it, and above all avoid wiring two different versions together. That reservation aside, it is a versatile and well equipped 200 W for extending the runtime of a power station.

The Pioneer Na is above all a successful technology demonstration: its sodium-ion battery lives up to its extreme cold-resistance promise, rated to work down to -13°F (-25°C) on discharge, where most conventional lithium stations already struggle below 32°F (0°C). The stated 4000 cycles down to 70% remaining capacity are also a solid endurance figure. But this still-young chemistry comes at a cost: at 900 Wh for around $1488.05 the price per Wh remains noticeably higher than a comparable LiFePO4 station, and the capacity itself looks modest against rivals of similar size and price. Our other reservation concerns connectivity: the BLUETTI app talks to the unit over Bluetooth only, with no Wi-Fi and therefore no remote control. For anyone camping or working regularly in severe cold, the sodium promise justifies a look; for general use, a LiFePO4 station of equivalent capacity often remains the better value.

The Balco 260 is a genuine step forward for anyone living in a flat: plugging a 2560Wh battery capable of soaking up 2400W of solar panels through its four MPPT trackers straight into a wall socket, with zero electrician required, is a promise it actually keeps. Setup is genuinely quick, and the app handles charging and discharging around electricity tariffs thanks to its built-in AI (AI-EMS). Its real strength is scalability: up to five extra BC260 batteries push capacity to 15,360Wh, and up to six units can coordinate wirelessly to cover an entire home. A few caveats are worth flagging: early independent tests measure round-trip efficiency around 79%, behind the best competitors, and standby draw a touch higher than Bluetti's own figures. The automatic charging mode has also shown a few questionable calls in early testing. Nothing dealbreaking for a first-generation product, but worth watching through future updates. As an uncomplicated way to start balcony solar storage, the Balco 260 remains a solid, scalable choice.
